Blog for a Winter's Night
It's that time of the year again! When the sun will set at 5pm AND no matter how much you layer up, the cold seeps in from somewhere. Depending on who you ask, Winter is either the best or the worst time for a lot of people. Some say their energy drops during the day, while others describe the cold wakes them up. Some of us call it seasonal slump. Others know it clinically as Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). But either way, when sunlight disappears, so can your motivation.
